Individualized and Group Tutoring
We offer tutoring in study skills for all ages. Because we provide a multi-disciplinary approach, we are available to work directly with all individuals concerned with the student, including parents, teachers, counselors, and psychologists. The student will have the same qualified study skills instructor at each session and sessions are one on one unless the client prefers a group setting. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions, and there is no additional testing or assessment fee.
How to Study
Through our tutoring, we have found that most students do not know how to study effectively. Seldom are they afforded the opportunity to learn how to perform this important task. We have developed our own unique “How to Study” course and have taught it to thousands of students through classes in private and public schools, as well as in one on one tutoring sessions. Facing the ever-increasing academic challenge of schools, all students can get an extra boost from this course.
In addition to our course being offered in workshops and schools in the Mid-South, Victus Study Skills System is now being offered world wide through our website www.studyskillssystem.org.
Many of our instructors are homeschoolers, so we understand your special needs. We teach our Victus Study Skills system to homeschool groups through the MidSouth.
As with our other instruction, we can work one on one or with groups. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions required.
For Schools & Parents
Our study skills instructors can help adults, too. We are pleased to offer parent instruction and teacher in-service workshops. Please contact us to coordinate a study skills class schedule that is flexible and convenient to you.
