Join us for a study skills student workshop.
All students are expected to study, but seldom do they have the opportunity to learn how to perform this important task! The Victus Study Skills system presented by Memphis Tutorial Association is designed to help students increase learning as they develop more efficient study habits.
The Victus Study Skills System is based on the premise that effective study is best when it is a system of study and when it becomes a way of life. The course is taught by trained study skills instructors who provide instruction in organization and time management, motivation and goal setting, note taking, test taking, and more efficient reading skills. Rather than merely memorizing for tests, students will find themselves learning and remembering material as they apply the skills learned in this course!
